Wayfinding to Integrity

Wayfinding to Integrity is a coaching method that accesses our motivations and unquestioned assumptions in order to sort through circumstances and the stories we tell ourselves in order to discover our truth and integrity.

Unlike advice or therapy, coaching’s focus is on designing our lives in the present moment, moving from where you are now directly into precision.

Wayfinding teaches you how to navigate in familiar and unfamiliar surroundings with unshakable clarity.

We’ll work closely together. I’ll help you embrace your natural rhythms and routines, to balance yourself while you employ a growth mindset towards  getting unstuck and achieving your goals.

Ultimately, our work together will free you and teach you to stay present in the moment and respond creatively and clearly as you build and track your way forward towards self realization and success.

As a Certified Wayfinder coach, I provide support, presence, perspective and play in order to access the experiences you may be resistant or blind to, bringing them out into the open, like laying out the pieces of big, beautiful puzzle. Wayfinders guide, pointing out pathways, best practices in unfamiliar terrain and revealing tracks, like breadcrumbs, leading us to our desires. Revealing the way.
